The present article analysis granting the right of private use over public-owned property or resources under public law as an instrument of profitability and appreciation and aims to delimit its content, meaning and scope in relation to other similar figures, to identify the legal nature and regime of the license and concession of private use, to assess the legal status of works and installations deployed in land parcels and the admissibility of its transmission and encumbrance dissociated of the transmission and encumbrance of the right of private use.
