Abstract

In this paper we want to give some solutions, about the related searches due of a public tender in the Portuguese Public Law. So, we will demonstrate the situations that an Author of an Administrative action, sees his interest violated by a Public Administrative action, and we will refer if the Author of the Administrative action in the correct court, has or has not the possibility to be indemnified for the suffered damages.
