Abstract

This article analyses some aspects of the new contract award regime in the form of separate lots, addressing questions about the drawing up of tenders in this procedural design, as well as certain problems arising from the limitation of the number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer and from a combined award of lots. There are also some brief notes regarding the consequences resulting from a contracting authority option to autonomize the lots or otherwise to connect them.
