Abstract

We aim at putting forward a presentation of the approach of legal doctrine and case-law towards multi-disciplinary partnerships, among us, in European Union Law and other legal orders with relevant experiences for the analysis, with special focus on legal practice. Such presentation and further critical analysis must be based on the study of the fundamental underlying legal options to Law n.º 2/2013, of 10.01 (Public Professional Associations Law, hereinafter “LAPP”), Law n.º 145/2015, of 09.09 (Statutes of the Portuguese Bar Association, hereinafter “EOA”) and the Wouters jurisprudence of the EUCJ judgment in case C-309/99.
