Abstract

This article traces the evolution of the article 35th of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic on the “Use of Information Technology”. It specially addresses the right to informational self-determination and the right to Internet.

The article also mentions some issues deserving constitutional reference: the data protection authority, personal sensitive data and the single national number.
