Abstract

We will address further the legal context surrounding the installation of electricity transmission lines, attempting to determine whether overhead crossings of the national road network by lines belonging to the national electricity transmission network are, or should be, subject to the payment of taxes or other financial compensation, in particular to the road network concessionaire.
