The Uprise of the Electronic Administration n a Transnational Space (Brief overview over the revision draft of the Administrative Procedure Act)

Abstract

This study analyses the consequences of the use of electronic and long distance communication instruments over the administrative activity. Furthermore, it reflects over some implications of globalization and its transnational influence over foreign concerned subjects. In view of that analysis and reconsideration of the interests to pursue, it recommends a full set of legislative solution, aiming a more efficient, non-bureaucratized and worldwide opened administration.
