Fundamental right to education, educational market and public procurement

Abstract

Taking into account the constitutional framework of the fundamental right to education and both national and European rules on public procurement, this article analyzes the recent changes to the statute of private and cooperative schools as it aims to create an educational market by the celebration of contracts between the State and the private and cooperative schools.
