Abstract

The Portuguese Code of Process in Administrative Courts is under a profound revision. This article addresses the main transformations proposed by the revision committee concerning the interim suspension of administrative adjudication, which is a type of interim relief or injunction, in comparison with the current system, stressing namely the amplification of judicial review of public policies.
