Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyse the legislative changes in the field of urgent proceedings, arising from the reform of the Administrative Procedure Law now taking place and contained in the Draft Project of the Administrative Court Procedure Code, which is currently at the public discussion stage. The article addresses, in particular what the Review Commission has classified as Urgent Administrative Proceedings, with particular focus on their scope and with a critical assessment of the legal solutions introduced by the Draft Project compared with the rules currently in force. There then follows an individual analysis of the said legal solutions, together with an essential analysis of the same as a whole, in order to arrive at the key features of this reform: consistency and practicality.
