About the Journal
Aims and scope
ESTREIADIÁLOGOS aims to provide a platform for disseminating works that link research and practice in fields of education, child studies, health, community intervention and social work, amongst others. The journal seeks to promote and disseminate action research projects across various fields and formats, as well as to help consolidate, underpin and bring visibility to action research, including the methodological, epistemological and ethical issues.
ESTREIADIÁLOGOS emerged from the creation of the Rede Internacional de Investigação-Ação Colaborativa (International Collaborative Network of Action-Research - www.estreiadialogos.com) in november 2015, during the Annual International Congress of the Collaborative Action Research Network (CARN). ESTREIADIÁLOGOS aims to encourage and support projects that contribute to deepening the debate on the theoretical and methodological issues that characterise action research through the establishment of partnerships and networking.
QUALIS CAPES Rating
Its QUALIS rating is B2 in Education, covering the fields of Education, Nursing, Teaching and Geography.
Diretories
It is integrated in the Latindex directory (Online Regional Information System for Scientific Journals from Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal) since September 2023 (http://www.latindex.org).
Peer-review policy
The Editorial Team will verify that all the articles submitted to ESTREIADIÁLOGOS journal fall within the scope of the journal. Afterwards, a rigorous evaluation process of the submitted articles will be conducted. Articles will be blinded peer-reviewed by at least, two members of the Scientific Committee. Were it necessary, some other external peer-reviewers will be asked. Decisions will be communicated to authors together with feedback on their manuscripts.
Publication fees
ESTREIADIÁLOGOS journal does not charge submission or publication fees.
