Abstract

This paper aims at discussing the involvement of the pedagogue in the educational action, as agent of training and pedagogical manager in the perspective of Special Education / School Inclusion. It is part of the activities of the coordination of the Center of Reference of Inclusive Education (CREI) of the Municipality of Santa Maria de Jetibá-ES, together with the coordination of Nursery and Pre-School Education and Fundamental Education of the Municipal Education Department. The proposal of In-Service training seeks to move beyond an established model of training that, in most cases does, not include a reflexive critical position from the part of the professionals involved. The methodology of collaborative-critical research was used in order to search for transformations in educational practices, starting from the reality of the school context coming from the pedagogues of the municipal teaching network. From the meetings held to date it has been possible to identify the construction of a space of debate and questioning, fostering the strengthening of this group of professionals, which has resulted in changes in performance in pedagogical actions.
