It is commonly said that human capital plays a preponderant role in organisations' day-to-day activities, greatly influencing their success. Although sports organizations are instrumental in the way they achieve their goals, one of the first concerns of those who assume leadership should be the clarification of the organic resources, clearly defining the responsibilities and limits of action of the departments and the people who compose them. It is, essentially, a communication tool that clarifies and, in a way, materializes the present strategic management.
