Social practice is constantly being renewed, incorporating technologies such as educational platforms and Artificial Intelligence. This study analyzes the perceptions of school administrators about online continuing education, focusing on digital skills for educational leadership. The research included a literature review and consultation with 156 administrators working during the Covid-19 pandemic, a period of intense use of technology in education. Most administrators demonstrated receptiveness to online training, highlighting its practical advantages, although online teaching has not yet surpassed face-to-face teaching in the preferences of the administrators surveyed.
