Évolution numérique et leadership éducatif : formation en ligne pour les directeurs d'école

Les pratiques sociales sont en constante évolution, intégrant des technologies telles que les plateformes éducatives et l’intelligence artificielle. Cette étude analyse la perception des administrateurs scolaires quant à la formation continue en ligne, en se concentrant sur les compétences numériques pour le leadership pédagogique. La recherche comprenait une analyse documentaire et des entretiens avec 156 administrateurs travaillant pendant la pandémie de Covid-19, une période d’utilisation intensive des technologies dans l’éducation. La plupart des administrateurs se sont déclarés réceptifs à la formation en ligne, soulignant ses avantages pratiques, bien que l’apprentissage en ligne n’ait pas encore surpassé l’apprentissage en présentiel, selon les préférences des administrateurs interrogés.
