Recientemente, a nivel mundial, la pandemia de COVID19 ha tenido repercusiones tanto en la vida de las personas como en las empresas. Esto ha devastado las economías, dejando a todo el sector completamente destruido. Thierry Breton, comisario europeo de mercados interiores, señala que las compañías aéreas pueden sufrir caídas de hasta el 90% en su actividad. Tras estos debates, algunas de las medidas presentadas, que pretenden recuperar la confianza de los consumidores del transporte aéreo, les aportarán seguridad. Entre las diferentes medidas consideradas en este trabajo, se propone explorar la implantación de la Certificación de las infraestructuras de aviación, la oferta de un Kit de Contención individual (gel desinfectante, bata protectora, mascarilla reutilizable, guantes...), la desinfección de los espacios antes y después de cada vuelo y el uso obligatorio de protecciones, así como el paso de los consumidores de servicios de aviación y sus equipajes por cápsulas de desinfección a la entrada y salida del avión. Con el establecimiento de estas medidas, se espera una paulatina vuelta a la normalidad en este ámbito fundamental en la economía y, en particular, en el Turismo.
