UNIS NA ESCOLA: UMA PROPOSTA INOVADORA PARA UM PROFESSOR REFLEXIVO E EMPREENDEDOR

Este artigo investiga questões relativas à formação docente e práticas inovadoras visando o desenvolvimento de ações empreendedoras para uma formação cidadã, apregoadas pelas diretrizes curriculares nacionais e políticas públicas vigentes. Objetiva-se subsidiar a melhoria do desempenho escolar através de formações continuadas que estimulem a criatividade, autoestima e autonomia de estudantes/docentes. Foram realizadas uma pesquisa de campo em duas escolas públicas estaduais no Sul de Minas Gerais e, posteriormente, uma pesquisa bibliográfica para análise das observações coletadas. Esta pesquisa teve como referencial as discussões sobre as práticas desenvolvidas em outras instituições, parceiros internacionais, que desenvolvem atividades similares. Os resultados revelaram que a parceria entre o Ensino Superior e a Educação Básica (indicador obrigatório na DCN 2015) faz-se necessária e urgente, para promover uma formação condizente com a real necessidade da prática docente. Conclui-se também que a IES deve acompanhar o egresso, promovendo formações continuadas para sua atuação reflexiva no cotidiano escolar.
ABSTRACT
This article inquire the issues related to the teaching formation and innovated practices for enterprising development actions for citizen formation, disclosed by the national curricular guidelines and public policies placed. The objective is subsidize the improvement school performance through continuing formations that stimulates creativity, self-esteem and students and teachers autonomy. It was performed a field research in two state public schools in the South of Minas Gerais and, posteriorly, bibliographic research for analysis of informations collected. This research had, as reference, the discussions about practices developed in other institutions, international partners, who developed similar activities. The results revealed that the partnership between the higher education and the basic education (mandatory indicator DCN 2015) is necessary and urgent, to promote one formation that match the real needs of the teaching practice. It's also concluded that the IES must follow their egress, promoting continuing education for reflexive acting in his daily school.
