Abstract

Teaching and its Methodologies need to adapt in the face of the Future. New Pandemics and emerging technologies will impact work as we know it today. Therefore, methodologies are needed that complement Traditional Teaching, encompassing constant and gradual learning, curiosity, management, creativity, innovation and collaboration as they are skills of the Future according to Talin (2021). It is necessary to stop the systematization and formatting of homogeneous professionals for the Labor Market, which is one of the goals of the Inbound Learning methodology. Inbound Learning is forward-looking, allowing students to progress according to their needs and interests, valuing their individual skills and encouraging their creativity and initiative through a transparent, inclusive and fun learning environment.
