Abstract

An increasingly older population in developed countries originated a high prevalence of patients taking cardiovascular medication. Anesthesiologists must know indications and therapeutic interactions between this drugs and anesthetic agents. Available evidence let’s talk about the pharmacology of myocardial protection.
