Abstract

This article analyses the new framework provided by the draft revision of the CPTA (the Portuguese judicial law on disputes ruled by Administrative Courts) in regard to the pre-contractual interlocutory injunctions. This new framework is also confronted with the changes proposed by the draft revision on the main judicial procedure (the pre-contractual claim).
