This paper presents the experience of a group of teachers from the field of supervised internships of the Department of Education (DEDU) at the Faculty of Teacher Training (FFP) of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), held between 2015 and 2018, driven both by curriculum reformulation (CNE/CP Resolution No. 2/2015), and by the confrontation, together, of several challenges that marked the period for public policies focused on education in the country. The methodology adopted was The Pedagogical Action Research (PAPe) of Franco (2016), which assumes an eminently pedagogical perspective, because it studies educational practices through the participation of the subjects themselves, acting in the field of formation of those involved, transforming them. The results confirm that the research work together establishes a solidarity path of resistance and formation capable of advancing towards a decolonial pedagogy formulated through collective work.
