The report of one of the papers, defended at the end of the course was selected to better illustrate the proposition. It is an action research developed by a school principal in a public school located in a city of São Paulo that involved a teacher education process in collaboration with teachers. Five meetings were held and the topic chosen by the seven teachers who composed the group was school indiscipline. The analysis of the records of the meetings was shared with the group and from the discussions an action plan was prepared to respond to the problem of indiscipline in the school unit.
