Beyond the ‘researcher–research subject’ relationship: contributions from a research-based training programme developed with novice teaching coordinators

This article seeks to reflect about the movements of a research-training and its contributions to the modification of the relations between researchers and participants of academic investigations, traditionally hierarchical. The study, which sought support in Thiollent (1985), had the participation of a group of beginner pedagogical coordinator during the research, whose movements were reported and analyzed. The experiences lived in groups brought contributions to strengthen the group, to their professional activity in pedagogical coordination and so that the researchers could meet with new perspectives of study, planning and conduction of investigative processes in Education.
