Abstract

This action research is inserted in the field of university pedagogy, more specifically, in the field of didactics aimed at higher education. It aims to understand the didactic processes that involve the education of university teachers, looking to hear if and how the relationship between sensitive knowledge and pedagogical knowledge and its repercussions on the education of university professors is made present. Within the framework of the continuing teacher education program of a public university in Bahia, Brazil, it includes Teaching Ateliers - a 40-hour course that brings face-to-face and online training. It is interesting to know how the teachers participating in the workshops have re-signified their knowledge in their pedagogical practices and how the training in a sensitive didactic approach has had repercussion on their practices. Data collection at this stage consisted of the interpretation of teachers' training diaries and their course plans. Subsequent narrative interviews are planned. The screen survey will highlight the reports of the participating teachers in the didactic workshop in 2016 and 2017.
