Call for papers - Transnational Law

The Editorial Board of RJP invites authors to submit articles for publication in the 2nd issue of 2024 (December). The theme of this issue is Transnational Law.

For this issue, we invite submissions on the following topics:

• The impact of globalization on national law.
• The international protection of human rights.
• Regulation and Arbitration of International Trade Disputes.
• Climate Change, Governance and Climate Justice
• International refugee protection regimes.
• Patent, trademark, and copyright protection at the global level.
• International regulation of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain).
• The application of international humanitarian law in armed conflict.

Submission deadline: From 1 July 2024 to 15 October 2024.  The deadline for submission of papers is 15 October 2024.

Submission requirements: Papers should be approximately 20 pages, including footnotes, and should follow the RJP style guide (available on our website).
