This work is the result of research and studies on education for the world of work from an inclusive perspective, given the constant transformations occurring in the world. Historically, education was never designed to emancipate individuals. Society valued productivism for the rise of capital, developing multifaceted skills and competencies in workers that enabled them to perform multiple tasks, exploiting their labour force and the mechanisms of subjugation. This historical context is not far removed from the current reality, in which continuing education is advocated as a way to remedy unemployment and inequalities. We understand that education needs to emerge from the bottom up, from within the working classes, to meet the demands of workers placed on the margins of society. Among these, we can mention people with disabilities, who in recent years have taken up the fight for more dignified conditions in society and for inclusive education. It is understood that schools play an important role in the protagonism of people with disabilities, but it is necessary to embrace this cause and its challenges in the face of an education that prepares everyone for the world of work.
