Vulvar lichen sclerosus is an inflammatory dermatosis can occur at any age but tends to have two peaks of onset: prepubertal and postmenopausal. Timely and adequate treatment can avoid the sequelae of this condition. We report a case of a five years old girl with lichen sclerosus in the vulvar region.
