The continuous and creative discovery of the individual and his/her care is based on the values, expressions, beliefs, and practices based on their culture which are essential to provide satisfactory and effective, culturally and socially congruent nursing care that will help to effectively plan and implement care for people accurately and safely. Nursing care should be directed to the person, allowing for a holistic and individualized approach, as the goal is to provide continuous and high-quality Nursing care based on an ethical and deontological commitment.
