Abstract

This article intends to present a contribution to the delimitation of the legal-administrative competences of sports federations, resulting from their status of sport public benefit. In this sense, the legal regime of sports federations is analysed and the exercise of such competences is articulated with private- legal competences, also problematizing their syndicability within the scope of the Arbitration Court for Sport and administrative courts.
