Abstract

This issue of the e-Pública journal addresses two topics – nudging and goldplating – regarding the transposition of European Union directives. The articles are based on presentations and comments made by their authors at the 2021 ICON-S (International Society of Public Law) Conference, which had ‘The Future of Public Law’ as its overarching theme.
