Abstract

This volume compiles a series of contributions given by speakers at the conference on ‘The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the judicial activism of the Court of Justice of the European Union – a catalogue of rights resilient to threats?’ organised as part of the research project on the “Internal Normative System for the Protection of Fundamental Rights in the European Union” by the Centre for Public Law Research (CIDP) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in collaboration with the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (ICJP).
