This work has as goal showing an experience report developed within “Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docencia” (PIBID) (Institutional Program of the Initiation to Teaching Scholarship), in Federal University of Alfenas (UNIFAL-MG), which presents the action research as one of the essential elements in the development of Integrated Curriculum Project (PCI).Into this program, the Pedagogy subproject develops in its own didactic/pedagogical intervention actions in two elementary schools, in public education, in Alfenas City, Minas Gerais, assuming the PCI as a priority action line. The PCI has as goal integrating all the components from prescribed curriculum, overtaking the fragmented and linear work that the traditional disciplinary organization prints in teachers’ pedagogical practice. In this process, it’s evidenced the Action research assumptions are fundamental, as to teaching process construction and meaningful learning to the students, as to the training process of future teachers that, from the exercise of “action-reflection-action” and “reflection over action” they go forward into different teacher construction mode, as long as their own actions become, constantly, analysis subject.
