Práticas autorregulatórias do comércio eletrônico e da ordem pública transnacional no contexto da garantia da segurança econômica do Estado

Este artigo estuda os aspectos positivos e negativos da autorregulamentação no comércio eletrônico por meio de um estudo completo de fatores que podem incluir: a estrutura legislativa (política estadual, normas legais), a organização dos meios de controle do comércio eletrônico (tanto pelo estado quanto por organizações de consumidores e organizações autorregulatórias), a prática dos comerciantes em um mercado específico, a honestidade dos vendedores, a ética da realização do comércio eletrônico, considerações do consumidor (visão, interesses) e condições de lei marcial. Tudo isso tem um impacto geral na segurança econômica do estado. Hoje, questões relacionadas às práticas autorregulatórias do comércio eletrônico representam desafios fundamentais para um espaço de comércio eletrônico estável, previsível e seguro no contexto do fortalecimento da segurança econômica do estado. Argumenta-se que o nível de segurança econômica nacional pode ser medido tanto pela conformidade com as disposições obrigatórias da ordem pública transnacional e nacional quanto pelos benefícios das práticas autorregulatórias do comércio eletrônico. No contexto de guerra, a autorregulamentação do comércio eletrônico requer sua implementação na base ética de preservação da vida humana e proibição da cooperação com contrapartes do Estado agressor.
