Some jurisprudence taken the Supreme Court race in criminal procedure
Abstract
As proof a living force of the discovery of the truth in relation to criminal proceedings and finding it very useful criterion to balance the need of puniendi ius the year and the assurance of the accused's defense guarantees, consulted case law of the Supreme Court of Justice, in order to grasp the thought that each of these interests has deserved by this high instance. We list some judgments that deal with this matter, therefore, is not limited to, placing only a summary of decisions taken the electronic site www.dgsi.pt, whose selection is our responsibility.
