Direito Internacional do Ambiente: a Responsabilidade no Antropoceno

O objetivo deste trabalho é colocar a responsabilidade ambiental em perspectiva analisando-a no campo do Direito Internacional do Ambiente frente aos desafios da crise ambiental. Por meio de revisão bibliográfica inicialmente apresentará aspectos da crise ambiental na era do Antropoceno e os desafios que se impõem quanto ao combate e ao refreamento do dano ambiental. O Direito Internacional do Ambiente passará a ser analisado na continuação a fim de trazer ao conhecimento do leitor suas especificidades no que tange à tutela do meio ambiente, fases de sua origem e seu desenvolvimento serão apresentadas para finalmente explorar a responsabilidade. O princípio das responsabilidades comuns, porém diferenciadas, uma classificação de 29 tipos de responsabilidade ambiental e o novo conceito da Soberania como Responsabilidade são explorados na sequência. Concluímos que o Direito Internacional do Ambiente é um ordenamento ainda em evolução e que o instituto da responsabilidade ambiental o acompanha ganhando novas perspectivas repercutindo inclusive na soberania permanente dos Estados.
