Résumé

Le but de la recherche est de mettre en évidence des approches méthodologiques pour comprendre les principes de droit dans le contexte des transformations de la mondialisation moderne. Contenu principal. Leur nature ontologique, épistémologique et axiologique est révélée, en particulier, les liens des principes de droit avec l'existence humaine, la science et d'autres modes de perception du monde sont tracés. Méthodologie: La base méthodologique de la recherche est la méthode dialectique de la connaissance scientifique, à travers l'application de cette méthode, ont été considérés les aspects juridiques, fonctionnels, organisationnels et procéduraux des approches méthodologiques de compréhension des principes de droit dans le contexte des transformations de la mondialisation moderne. Conclusions. La classification des principes de droit a été distinguée et une brève description de leurs types - principes universels, principes civilisationnels et principes de droit familial et possibilités de séparation des principes du système juridique national a été fournie.
