Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is present in our daily lives and we use it as an assistant when we search the Web, receive suggestions for films, music, video games or use GPS. In recent times, AI has taken on a new dimension with the emergence of generative technologies such as ChatGPT, Bard or Bing Chat. Its impact on education will be transformative, and it is essential to include AI in teacher training. It is necessary to learn and develop prompt literacy as an academic skill in order to achieve effective interactions with the machine. The aim of this article is to characterise prompt literacy by presenting models and examples of prompts, which results are analysed. Several types of prompts are presented that demonstrate the chatbot's ability to support teaching and student work, and the need to validate the results obtained, which are not always correct, is highlighted.
