Uma Educational Web TV: implementing an educational TV on YouTube

Abstract

This is the result of applied research on the implementation of educational television projects carried out on channels hosted on YouTube. The study presents the creation of a Web TV with a focus on adult education and took place in the context of this type of education at the Monteiro Lobato Education Center, involving students in a teaching modality, which in Brazil we call Youth and Adult Education, in Feira de Santana. According to the DBR research methodology, the research steps that correspond based on interaction with the context in which the demand originates, as well as in the construction of the TV. At the end of the process, the scientific knowledge applied in the construction of educational Web TV was systematized so that it serves as a recommendation to produce educational web television, not only for adult education, like the one we carry out, but also for other educational proposals. In this article we seek to present the steps to achieve this.
