The purpose of this article is to analyze the methodologies used to monitor and evaluate employability of Portuguese graduated sport students. The consultation of national and international literature was carried to understand the significance of employability concept and its implications for the methodological design used in evaluation reports of employability. Questionnaires applied by official organizations were consulted and the coherence between the dimensions/variables uncovered and the concept of employability was examined. Problems of validity, reliability, discrimination and comparability between studies were identified, which suggests that it is required find new ways to evaluate employability. One possible way consists in the use of the methodology of triangulation (data, researchers) that integrates inter-institutional research.Downloads
