Unculture ends up being more expensive. And demagogy is always very expensive' (Guilherme d'Oliveira Martins, in Público, 29 April 2019).
As a starting point of this article we think it is appropriate to try to understand what is understood by culture, a task that does not seem simple, since there is no consensus in the Academy, nor in the authors.
