CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) are software that gather user interaction data and use it to boost a simplify the sales process. These software are more sophisticated nowadays, which hinders the initial approach to CRMs. In order to make an introduction to this type of software to an inexperienced user possible, we intend to start a MOOC that takes into account the sophistication of the current CRM software and apply the best methods to an efficient learning. Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) are online courses with minimum requirements that are generally available to all applicants. An advantage of MOOCs is the goal to build knowledge through communication between the participants of the course (Editorial HR, 2014). Bearing this in mind, we propose a Freshsales Introduction MOOC since Freshsales has a very simple and user-friendly user interface, which will facilitate the adaptation phase for company employees and interested students. This MOOC will be available on the eRaizes.Redes platform.
