The pandemic due to COVID-19 has placed many constraints on companies, and on organizations in general. These constraints impacted on the way people are managed and on their quality of life. In this article, we explore, through a theoretical approach, the possible consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the different facets of Quality of Life at Work, namely on aspects such as work-life balance, working conditions, job satisfaction, job control, affective commitment, occupational stress, and general well-being. It ends with some recommendations on how managers can help workers cope with the negative effects of the pandemic on their quality of life.
