Teleworking from the perspective of court workers in Portugal: A descriptive study developed during the pandemic by Covid-19

The purpose of this article is to describe the perceptions of workers in a court in Portugal regarding the teleworking occurred during the Pandemic by Covid-19, as well as identifying the advantages and disadvantages of this from the perspective of these workers. To this end, an online questionnaire survey was prepared, which was disclosed by the workers of the selected court. From the answers obtained, it was possible to verify that, in general: (a) the answers were in the sense of most workers recommending the practice of teleworking, (b) the advantages of teleworking have outweighed the disadvantages, (c) considering the functions performed, not all workers are eligible for distance work.
