Abstract
The processing contract has a relevant role in the legal trade, insofar as they are varied purposes that can be achieve by using this deal. This contractual modality is most often associated with the construction of buildings, and a lot of those buildings built by contractors, related to the owners of the land through the conclusion of contracts. But the object of the contract does not end in the construction and repair of buildings. As we know, the business through which promises the construction or repair of moveable goods, such as automobiles, ships, furniture, also fall under the notion of enterprise.
