(1) Active legitimacy in associates’ deliberations annulment lawsuit: (a) associates’ legitimacy; (2) supervisory entity’s legitimacy. (2) plurality of complainants: (a) nature of the plurality; (b) determination of the unitary character or not of the joinder; (c) practical relevance of the distinction; (d) the issue of the reciprocal joinder. (3) The joinder’s regime and effects: (a) the behaviour of the civil procedure law throughout the process; (b) the issue of the res judicata.
