Los Derechos de acceso a la Información y Seguridad Nacional en Ucrania en el Sistema de Derechos Humanos

El artículo está dedicado al estudio de los problemas de la realización del derecho de una persona a acceder a la información en Ucrania, que es importante para la seguridad nacional en el sistema de derechos humanos, sus características y componentes, teniendo en cuenta la práctica del TEDH. La base metodológica es un conjunto de métodos filosóficos, científicos generales, especiales del conocimiento científico, que permitieron a los autores determinar la importancia y complejidad del derecho humano al acceso a la información pública que es importante para la seguridad nacional y su lugar en las decisiones de el TEDH. El artículo analiza normas y estándares jurídicos internacionales, enfoques teóricos y jurídicos para comprender el derecho de acceso a la información pública objeto de estudio, establece sus componentes, correlación con otros derechos humanos. Se establece el concepto, tipos, principios de realización del derecho de acceso a la información de importancia para la seguridad nacional. Se proponen las formas de mejorar la legislación nacional con respecto a la implementación del derecho humano al acceso a la información pública que es importante para la seguridad nacional en el contexto de la integración europea de Ucrania.
