Les droits d'accès à l'information et la sécurité nationale en Ukraine dans le système des droits de l'homme

L'article est consacré à l'étude des problèmes de réalisation du droit d'une personne d'accéder à l'information en Ukraine, qui est importante pour la sécurité nationale dans le système des droits de l'homme, ses caractéristiques et ses composants, en tenant compte de la pratique de la CEDH. La base méthodologique est un ensemble de méthodes philosophiques, scientifiques générales et spéciales de connaissances scientifiques, qui ont permis aux auteurs de déterminer l'importance et la complexité du droit de l'homme à l'accès aux informations publiques importantes pour la sécurité nationale et sa place dans les décisions de la CEDH. L'article analyse les normes et standards juridiques internationaux, les approches théoriques et juridiques pour comprendre le droit d'accès à l'information publique à l'étude, établit ses composantes, sa corrélation avec d'autres droits de l'homme. Le concept, les types, les principes de réalisation du droit d'accès aux informations importantes pour la sécurité nationale sont établis. Les moyens d'améliorer la législation nationale concernant la mise en œuvre du droit de l'homme à l'accès à l'information publique qui est importante pour la sécurité nationale dans le contexte de l'intégration européenne de l'Ukraine sont proposés.
