A reforma do Código do Trabalho, que teve lugar entre 2011 e 2014, afectou dois importantes aspectos do regime do contrato de trabalho a termo resolutivo, a duração e a cessação, razão porque faz sentido visitar o tema e fazer um balanço da situação actual.
