preceito, ao longo dos quase quarenta anos de vigência da Constituição sucederam-se várias Leis de Finanças Locais, tendo a primeira entrado em vigor na data da sua publicação, isto é, a 2 de Janeiro de 1979 - a Lei 1/79, de 02 de Janeiro.
