L'intelligence artificielle comme objet de régulation de droit civil

Résumé

L'expression "intelligence artificielle" a été utilisée pour la première fois en 1956, et depuis lors, elle a soulevé de nombreuses questions qui n'ont toujours pas de réponse. En général, l'intelligence artificielle est un système qui simule le comportement humain à un niveau élémentaire. Cela est nécessaire pour que la machine effectue diverses tâches et apprenne quelque chose de nouveau en cours d'exécution. Ensuite, le système utilisera les connaissances acquises pour effectuer des tâches encore plus difficiles. Ce phénomène est étudié par des scientifiques du monde entier, chacun contribuant au développement de l'intelligence artificielle. L'article examine deux concepts de réglementation juridique de l'intelligence artificielle - la théorie du sujet et la théorie de l'objet. L'auteur de l'article donne des arguments selon lesquels le développement de la législation civile de l'Ukraine devrait être effectué selon le vecteur de perception de l'intelligence artificielle en tant qu'objet des relations juridiques civiles. Les règles de régulation des relations sur l'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle devraient être concentrées dans le cadre du droit de la propriété intellectuelle, du droit de l'informatique et du droit de la consommation.
